What really is Healthy Fun One Adventure Park?
Healthy Fun One Adventure Park is a multi-attraction indoor experience that allows families to spend time together, have fun and get in shape while doing it. The Healthy Fun One experience is healthy, carefree, Fun in Motion for all ages. Check out more on our story here!
Do I pay separately for each activity?
Nope! Your admission to HEALTHY FUN ONE Potomac Mills grants you access to everything in our parks. Please be advised that some popular activities, such as the High Ropes Course, have limited capacity and will quickly fill up on busy days. Thus, we cannot guarantee that guests will be able to access any particular piece of equipment during their visit.
What should I wear to Healthy Fun One Adventure Park?
We encourage all jumpers, climbers and adventurers to wear comfortable athletic clothing and shoes — no loose hair, dangling jewelry or open-toed footwear. Long pants, leggings or shorts that reach to the knee are recommended. We require that guests who wish to play in our Jump Zone wear our special Healthy Fun One Socks, which are available for purchase at the admissions desk. We encourage you to check out our Safety Rules for more details about proper attire.
Is there an age requirement to participate?
Our equipment is designed to accommodate ages 5 to 105! While we do not ID children at the door, we recommend that children under the age of 5 do not participate.
Do chaperones or non-participating children pay for admittance?
No. Only guests who actually plan to participate must pay for admittance. A parent may stay with their child, spot them on the equipment and encourage them without buying a ticket.
Does Healthy Fun One offer military discounts?
Yes, we offer all military service members a 10% discount on EVERYTHING! Thank you to all our active duty and retired military service members.
Can I bring outside food into Healthy Fun One Adventure Park?
Outside food, beyond cupcakes or a cake, will incur and additional fee. Please contact us to discuss specifics.

What am I allowed to bring to a party?
We encourage our guests to bring their enthusiasm, energy, and any gifts/presents. We do have a few guidelines regarding food and beverages. Please contact us to discuss specifics.
Can I book a party or event online?
Yes! You can select which birthday party package you would like and book your party right away. If you’re interested in hosting corporate events, fundraisers, or field trips, simply give us a call, and we’ll be happy to provide you with more information about your available options.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please contact our party coordinator for more details on our cancellation policy. Some conditions do apply.
Is a deposit required to make a birthday reservation?
A deposit is not required to make a birthday party reservation, however, the full payment must be made at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
Can I decorate the room for the birthday party?
We offer a variety of add-ons to provide decorations and themes for your party. This includes tablecloths, plates, cups, napkins, and other decorations. Some exceptions may apply. Please contact our party coordinator for more details.
Can I bring my own food or drink?
Food and drinks are included in the party packages. Outside food and beverages are not allowed, but there may be some exceptions to birthday cakes or allergies. Please contact our party coordinator for more details.
